How to Post a Listing
1. Click on “Post A Listing” or “My Account” on the main page and register or login to your account.
2. Once logged in to your account dashboard, click on “My Listings” on the left-side menu and click “Add Listing.” This will take you to the “Listing Form.”
3. Complete the “Listing Form” with all information relating to the listing:
a. Listing Type: Enter the listing type of sell, buy, exchange (trade), or donate.
b. Category: Enter the category for your listing from the drop down menu shown.
c. Sub-Category: Enter the related sub-category associated with your listing.
d. Conference: Enter the local conference of the Seventh-day Adventist church with which your club is affiliated.
e. Church Name: Enter the name of the local church with which your club is affiliated.
f. Club Name: Enter the name of the local pathfinder or adventurer club with which you are affiliated.
g. Club Name: Enter the name of the local pathfinder or adventurer club with which you are affiliated.
h. Product/Item Title: Enter a title or name for the product/item for your listing.
I. Pricing Type: Select the pricing type of price, price range, or disabled (no price).
j. Price Type: Select the price type of fixed, negotiable, or on call (price given upon contact).
k. Condition: Enter the item condition of new or used.
l. Description: Type a description of the item in the box provided and remember to be descriptive.
m. Upload Images: Upload any images associated with the item.
n. Location: Enter the division of your club associated with the Seventh-day Adventist Church (i.e. North-American Division. Enter the union of your club (i.e. Mid-America Union). Enter the local conference of your club (i.e. Iowa-Missouri Conference).
o. City/State: Enter the City/State of where your club is located.
p. Zip Code: Enter the zip code/postal code associated with your city/state.
q. Address: Enter the address of your church/club.
r. Phone Number: Enter the primary contact phone number for the listing.
s. Email: Enter the primary contact email for the listing (It must be a valid email address).
t. Map Address: Enter the address in the map to pin your map location in the listing post.
u. Contact Hours: Enter the hours you are available for contact regarding your listing post.
v. Website URL: Enter the website URL of your club or church for further verification of your posts legitimacy.
w. Social Media Profiles: Enter social media profiles related to your club or church for further verification of your posts legitimacy.
4. Agreement: Check the box to agree to the “Terms of Use” and “Privacy Policy.”
5. Submit: Click submit to submit the listing post for publication.
Who can post a listing?
Only an approved staff member of a Pathfinder or Adventurer club registered and recognized within their local conference of the Seventh-day Adventist Church may post listings on the site. Each club may only create one account, to be managed by the club director or their designee.
How much Does It Cost To Post a Listing?
There is currently no fee or cost associated with posting listings on the exchange.
How Long will my post remain listed?
Currently listings remain posted indefinitely until they are fulfilled or removed by the account holder who listed them. The exchange reserves the right to remove listings which do not comply with policies or terms of use and/or which are no longer valid listings.
What does the “pending” status mean?
Posted listings may be temporarily held in a “pending” status for manual review by site administrators. If your post is listed as “pending” simply reload it to update its status. If it has been pending longer than seven (7) business days, please email the site in regards to the post status.
How to Modify or delete a post
1. Login to your account dashboard and click on “my listings” on the left side menu of your dashboard.
2. Click the three dots on the right hand side of the post you wish to modify or click delete to remove the listing post.
3. If you clicked modify, make the changes to the listing you wish and then click submit/save.
